What data we collect
- Data submitted in the enquiry form: full name, company name, email address, phone number, selected parameter, purpose of the results, number of emission sources, site location and process description.
- If you opt in to receive news — your email address, name and the time of consent.
- Technical data for spam protection: IP address (stored only as an encrypted hash) and the time of the request.
Why and on what legal basis we process it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To send AV Consulting news about changes in environmental requirements — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” in any email or by contacting us.
- To protect the website against automated spam and abuse — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for no longer than 2 years from the last contact if no contract is concluded. If a contract is concluded, data is kept for as long as required by law. Newsletter subscription data is kept until you withdraw your consent. IP addresses used for spam protection are kept for no longer than 24 hours.
Who receives the data
We do not sell your data. It may only be processed by service providers without whom the website and newsletter could not operate:
- the website hosting and email service provider;
- Cloudflare, Inc. — the “Turnstile” bot protection tool, which assesses technical browser and device signals when the form is submitted;
- Intuit Inc. (Mailchimp) — the newsletter platform, only if you have opted in to receive news.
Cloudflare and Mailchimp may process data in the United States; transfers are made under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and other resources are loaded from our own server. Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded only near the enquiry form and is used solely for security purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to request its rectification or erasure, to restrict or object to its processing, the right to data portability and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Please contact us at info@avcon.lt — we will reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
